Leters can be provided into two types, personal letter and bussines letter. Personal letters are letters that do not influence the bussines flow of acompany. Examples of personal letters are aplication letter, reservation letter, invitation letter, etc. Bussines letters are letters which are related to the bussines flow of a company. Examples are letter of inquiry, letters of sales or order, etc
